I was craving for stingray and Ah Nam was the only stall I spotted in Changi Village hawker that has BBQ seafood (or perhaps I didn't look hard enough). The smallest portion costs $10, which is considered alright given the size of stingray served. The most crucial thing about bbq stingray is, I think, the chilli, and the one from Ah Nam fails to impress - it tastes like any normal chilli.
