The cake is soft and complemented with rich strawberry sweetness.
There’s quite a thick layer of whipped cream over the chiffon cake layer but there’s no need to be afraid though, cause it tastes fresh and not too sweet.
The strawberries used are not too sour too ;D
The portion is also just right for four persons and great size for a mini birthday surprise celebration 張貼
