Bakerzin's cake is one of my favourite in Singapore. Bought a strawberry shortcake (smallest size) for my family teabreak. Its a Japanese fresh cream sponge cake topped with fresh strawberries (think they have used strawberries from korea recently, it seems abit more sour this time than the previous one i had before.)Other than the strawberries were more sour this time. Other than the strawberries were more sour this time. I still love this strawberry shortcake, i love the fresh cream (not too sweet) and the texture of the sponge cake (soft). I could actually finish the whole cake myself. hehe.
