I decided to give in to the temptation when i happened to pop by the Bread Society other day. Summer Berries Brioche was amongst few others on display. I was tempted just by looking and decided to get it for $2.80.Summer Berries Brioche was made using the freshest blueberries and cranberries. Summer Berries Brioche was made using the freshest blueberries and cranberries. I expected the base to have a certain crunchiness like those of the tart but it was a soft, light-textured bread, a little like the texture of a pizza crust. The rich buttery taste of the brioche enhanced the sourish taste of the summer berries to give it a nice balance.
It was something different and i enjoyed it pretty much.
