i love this place. it was mom's birthday so dad decided to bring us for a sumptuous meal. Pin si introduced a $98/person menu for an 8 course dinner. My fav has to be the Trio Varieties Combination Platter. This dish features 3 bite size delights - prawn, roasted pork and the ultimately scrumptious fluffy tofu in pork floss! This tiny cube of light yellow goodness just burst in my mouth! I loved it! Too bad everyone only gets 1 piece. Not gonna go through all the 8 dishes so other than the Trio
Not gonna go through all the 8 dishes so other than the Trio Varieties Combination Platter, you may wish to order Stewed Meehon with Minced Salted Fish and Assorted Seafood. Mom loved it. She is a noodle person just like me. Though the taste was superb, I secretly wished that there were more seafood. Salted fish perfectly added depth to the otherwise average-only vermicelli/meehon dish.
This seems like a good Chinese restaurant for family gatherings, weddings or simply dimsum over the weekend. Will visit again.
