In the last few years, beside the rows of Korean BBQ restaurants that have sprang up in the districts of Tanjong Pagar, we also saw the opening of several note-worthy cafes such as Selfish Gene and The Plain. While these 2 are located at craig place, the area with the rows of Korean restaurants seem to have a lack of cafes and we found one for a cosy afternoon cake & coffee-Quarter to Three! I was attracted by the pretty display of layered fondant cakes which i think they were specialising in. T
I was attracted by the pretty display of layered fondant cakes which i think they were specialising in. The menu was simple, with desserts oike Brownie with Ice cream, cream cakes and 'dry' cakes--cakes that need not be refrigerated. My friend and I decided to shared a carrot cake with cream cheese. The cake portion was huge and good to share. I was almost full with half a cake and a cappucino. Coffee was alright, but good to be able to customised to skinny. The cake was good but forgettable, and cant beat my favourite a cedele's.
