Sushi is a great snack at any time and can also fill your tummy when you are hungry! I love raw sushi and besides salmon, I love the maguro sushi as well. I like the iron taste found in raw tuna. When dipped in wasabi it covers some of the smell that I dont like. The meat is soft and falls apart easily.
