I am not sure the exact name of this sushi,but it taste very fresh and good.The rice is slightly chilled and i love this kind of sushi rice the best.Inside the sushi rice, they have wrapped a big piece of fried ebi in the middle.On top , they topped juicy soft and fresh avocado and fish roe.They have lemon slices at the side for you to top on the sushi if you like.I like this sushi alot and i will come back again to eat it.Nice presentation too.
