Genki sushi has a wide variety of sushi and you'll be spoilt for choice. I have tried it previously and had a pleasant experience. This time, I went for the river eel handroll, which costs around $2.30 - nothing to complain about it but it was rather average; eel was well seasoned with teriyaki sauce.
