This dish never fails.. it's a definitely a must have for every visit..Lets start with taste... very flavourful the exterior is sticky and crispy not soggy and soft.. even till the very last piece. It carries this tinge of citrusy flavour and the lychee just explodes with fragrance and juice when you bite into it. Gosh.. salivating now... The meat is rather soft and tender, not dry and no tough tendons to test your chewing skills... highly recommended!
