First time having lunch @ swensen's Toa Payoh outlet. Environment quite cosy. Not much people in the restaurant as it was a weekday. Ice water was served without any charge. I ordered chicken chop with fries and salad. Chicken was tenderness and fries are soggy. A place which very near to Toa Payoh Central
