I absolutely love Tai-Parfait.. okay maybe because it's buy one get one at the moment. Not sure if I would be willing to pay $6 for it. But nonetheless, it is a great dessert/treat. I tried the Matcha Azuki beans with matcha cream filling. OOOOOh! It is so heavenly. It tasted like matcha custard cream It wasn't too sweet. The taiyaki (pancake fish) itself was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I also tried the azuki bean filled one and they were whole red beans, not just r

I watched them whip out the pancake batter with the kitchenaid, so I was pretty delighted to see them make the batter from scratch

I also tried their caramel strawberry with soft serve ice cream. The soft serve ice cream melted almost immediately which was very sad. Not to mention the you had a pay a premium for the ice cream. I would rather take matcha cream topping instead. I am a huge fan of matcha

Definitely going to try them all!
