Went to eat at this restaurant which offers hong kong dim sum with my family members. The waiting time is quite long approximate 30mins or more depend on the number of people queuing. Some of the food that we ordered includes the pou luo bao, custard egg yolk bun, deep fried fish skin, roasted duck and many other. Went to eat at this restaurant which offers hong kong dim sum with my family members. The waiting time is quite long approximate 30mins or more depend on the number of people queuing. Some of the food that we ordered includes the pou luo bao, custard egg yolk bun, deep fried fish skin, roasted duck and many other. Firstly, the pou luo bao has a slight crispy texture with sufficient char siew fillings in it. The char siew fillings is well seasoned and has a mild sweet taste. Colour wise is not that appealing as only certain part of the bao is lightly brown. Next is the custard egg yolk bun which is my favourite among all the food that we ordered. The fillings has a rich custard egg yolk flavour, and texture wise is not too watery nor too thick and this bun should be eat while its still hot. As for the deep fried fish skin, it has a very crispy texture as the fish skin is thinly sliced. Seasoning wise is a bit too salty. Lastly, the roasted duck taste similar to those normal roasted meat and duck stall except that it comes with a sweet and sour plum sauce to go with the roasted duck. Overall, the food served is still quite tasty and the price wise is still quite reasonable.
