Was looking for a food court to enjoy my lunch and Banquet at Explanade Exchange caught my eye. The place is clean and not so noisy. I decided to have Chicken rice. The chicken is cooked in soya sauce and it is not salty. The chicken meat is tender. I usually do not eat the skin of the chicken, however, for this stall, I ate the chicken with the skin and it is delicious. The rice is fragrant and goes well with the sauce which comes with the chicken. It comes with a soup too and the soup is not t
The place is clean and not so noisy. I decided to have Chicken rice. The chicken is cooked in soya sauce and it is not salty. The chicken meat is tender. I usually do not eat the skin of the chicken, however, for this stall, I ate the chicken with the skin and it is delicious. The rice is fragrant and goes well with the sauce which comes with the chicken. It comes with a soup too and the soup is not the bland kind of soup when u normally get from other chicken rice stalls. The soup has some herbs in it and it is tasty. This will become one of my frequently patronised stalls during lunch.
