this creamy stew is awesome.whatever dialect group it's from, i'll have it.of course i'm not a teochew. There were pork ribs, yam and mushroom inside.The thick slices of yam were similarly sized but they were not overcooked till they were mushy.The pork ribs were in bite sized chunks.Juicy and flavoursome, these were not tough rubber slices. Open rice lo! yum.
