Was in the area of Holland V and decided to settle for Thai Express for our lunch as the pricing of its food are pretty wallet-friendly. My order, sweet and sour fish with rice. My friend thought this would be like those that we had at food centres "tzi-char" stalls. But to your dismay, it's not. Their sauce is different because it's much lighter and less sweet. Worthy of a try, but if you compare the prices of "tzi-char" stall at around $5 with $10 at Thai Express, you might make do with the "tzi-char" taste. Moreover, we waited for pretty long for our meals to be served perhaps due to the lunch crowd! The service staff aren't very attentive as well, our drinks was served in wrong numbers and do not refill it when we had finish it till being asked to.
