Ah Loy Thai (已結業)

I like the food at the Shaw Tower's outlet and decided to give this a try. Ordered the white basil chicken, it was awesome! Very fragrant and tasty, the bamboo shoots were very crunchy too. Had the french beans with minced meat, the dish was fried just right. The tom yum soup was not bad either, very spicy and there's a generous spread of ingredients in it. Tried the red ruby for dessert, one of the better ones I've eaten in Singapore. Could have been better if the chestnuts were crunchier. Defi
