After i ordered my favourite handmade noodle from the stall next to it, i seated right in front of this stall. The Uncle approached me and asked politely whether i would like to have a drink. I replied 'NO' but thanked him. I observed a group of regulars went to order a special drink from him much later. It raised my curiousity level and decided to try it. The friendly Uncle informed me to wait for a bit while he prepared it. He signalled me to pick it up after 5 minuties. It served together wit
It raised my curiousity level and decided to try it. The friendly Uncle informed me to wait for a bit while he prepared it. He signalled me to pick it up after 5 minuties. It served together with a glass of iced water. Uncle taught me how to drink it in simple English. He said, i would have to stir it first and then drink till half a glass before poured in the iced water slowly and kept stirring it while doing so. He said, i can always go back if i need more iced water.
This drink was indeed special. It tasted like a sour plum drink served with dried tangerine peels. The Uncle was telling me this drink has the cooling effect to reduce the level of heatiness of our body.
The good service provided by this passionate Uncle is definitely worth commendable. I will definitely be back.
