Genki Sushi is the very first sushi I tried 10-20 years ao when they were at Forum Gallery! So when my buddy wants sushi for dinner, I immediately suggested Genki Sushi!The restaurant is almost full (except for bar counter) when Evelyn reached at 6.30pm. Good thing is, they have this call-queue system where you put in your mobile number & they'll call you when the table is available. Meaning, you do not need to be in the queue physically. Nice thought! Lucky we didn't have to wait very long cos

Pretty interesting place cos the food you ordered is being "transported" to your table by an 'express train"!
Steam Egg with Crab Meat - Egg is very soft & generous serving of crab meat
Hana Maki - Salmon is very fresh & sweet
Salmon Sashimi - Again, Salmon is very fresh & is a little thick~
Sea Eel Whole - Eel no fishy smell & portion of eel is quite big!
