Was in the Ang Mo Kio area, so we decided to try the food at S11.The one stall that caught my eye was this one, because it had all my favourites in one.So, we tried the Fried Kway Teow, Fried Hokkien Noodle and Black Carrot Cake. The verdict? Well, the Black Carrot Cake was the best - the carrot cake pieces were small and moist. The sweet sauce added to the taste.Next was the Fried Kway Teow - it was good. So, we tried the Fried Kway Teow, Fried Hokkien Noodle and Black Carrot Cake.
The verdict? Well, the Black Carrot Cake was the best - the carrot cake pieces were small and moist. The sweet sauce added to the taste.
Next was the Fried Kway Teow - it was good. Again, moist and delicious!
The Hokkien Noodles were equally good - with the noodles in short pieces, and that made the dish much tastier..
The stall holder and his assistant were really fast in the preparation.
It was like fast food with a local touch.
Although the food was great, the environment could have been a little cleaner
