Local Handmade noodles stall, it was selling assorted types of Ban Mian including Plain, Hot & Spicy, Tomyam, Dried and Fish Soup.Different with Thai-style Tom Yam clear soup, it was thicker and more colourful. Actually I prefer diluted soupy gravy instead of sticky soup, yet it was still acceptable and savory. Sour and spicy, Handmade Noodle was tender in term of texture.
