My last visit to Eighteen Chefs was quite long ago, and in my memory it serves superb quality food with excellent service. They have not deviated much from their ethos, as the good service and food is replicated again on my recent visit. This time I ordered their specialty, the Heart Attack Fried Rice. It was really fragrant and tasty albeit the very oily beef streaks (New York Strips). If you don't like oily food like me, you'll probably be very freaked out by the amount of oil that oozed out.

It was really fragrant and tasty albeit the very oily beef streaks (New York Strips). If you don't like oily food like me, you'll probably be very freaked out by the amount of oil that oozed out. The beef was amazingly, quite tender for beef. The sauce provided is also mildly spicy, perfect for those who need a bit of dimension in every bite of the meat.
