Although there are quite few version of Beancurd, but I prefer the most was Traditional Soy Milk Beancurd. The boss straightly made on the spot, it was fresh. Although the appearance was looked so ordinary and plain, yet Soya Beancurd was silky smooth, it melted in my mouth instantly. Adding a little portion of sweet syrup, it became perfect. Only 60 cents for one bowl, it was a relatively cheap dessert.
