Kimly Seafood is one stall my family and I frequent for tzi char. My mum and brother usually does the ordering while I do the eating. As there were 7 of us, we ordered quite a lot of dishes. The more memorable ones were the Dried Chilli Chicken and the Hokkien Mee. I like the Dried Chilli Chicken because it is soaked in the sauce which is very flavourful. The chicken was also very tender and succulent. A little salty but it’s okay if you eat it with a lot of rice. The Hokkien Mee tastes not bad
We also ordered Steamed Fish and the sauce was still splattering because of the candle that was still boiling underneath it. This was quite dangerous and I got scalded by the sauce too as my hands happen to be near it. The steamed fish also ended with little sauce at the end of it. Quite disappointing because normally I like to scoop up the sauce to pair with the fish and rice.張貼
