I have been wanting to try their 'Seasalt Caramel Slice' ever since i heard many raves about it but i was too full during my previous visit to have it. This time, i went specially for it during my tea time. It was definitely worth my trip down just for it. The cake comprises of many layers which i know takes a lot of time and effort for the chef to accomplish it. The layers of chocolate ganache, seasalt caramel cream, nuts and sponge compliment each other perfectly. It was served with hot chocol
I truly love this dessert and recommend everyone to try it at least once!
