Dim sum at crystal jade was still the nicest I had try. Ordered a few of their dim sum for breakfast - egg tarts, siew mai and pan fried dumpling with prawn and parsley and had a filling dim sum meal. The egg tarts was tastefully baked,the crust was soft and the egg custard can smell the frangrant of the eggs itself. Siew mai was tasty and stuffed with generous meat too. As for the pan fried dumpling with prawn and parsley,it was not oily at all. It was super nice and it was my first time trying
