Having tried their Pho Beef noodles at Nam Nam noodle bar outlet in Raffles City before, I wanted to try something different this time! The southern rolls are filled with sweet shrimps, egg and fresh herbs. The ingredients are wrapped in Vietnamese bánh tráng, which is known as rice paper. I felt that the southern rolls were quite tough, however I like the sauce that was served alongside the rolls. It makes it tastier.
Besides the deep-fried soft shell crab, the other ingredients included minced pork, tofu and tomato. I love the flower crab stock of the noodle soup, very rich and tasty, but the crab meat is almost non-existent. I very much prefer the Pho beef noodles I had the previous time. I would like to try their bánh mì (Sandwich) the next time I dine in here! 張貼
