we got ourselves some light bites.i love anything torched but not overcooked. This was nicely aburi-ed salmon with an assortment of vegetables in sushi rice rolls topped with roe that bursts with a pop in your mouth. then there were also the quintessential salmon sashimi sushis and what's that? mantis shrimp. new on the menu.it looked less scary on picture.now that it was served. it looked like woodlouse!eating this was like being on fear factor. (it's psychological)but tasted a lot better than
