There are two stalls selling carrot cake here and I chose to order from this stall since the queue is shorter. There is a choice of white or black carrot cake. I went for the white carrot cake since I wanted something salty rather than sweet. The carrot cake was fried with a lot of egg coating the carrot cake, making it quite crispy and eggy.
