iSteaks Grillhouse has taken over the former Aston's at H S Eating House @ Serangoon Gardens. The menu is actually pretty similar to Aston's except that they showcase the types of meat outside, so you can actually choose which piece you prefer.. yeah, it's cool.I opted for the grilled salmon though, it was cooked right, neither too hard nor undercooked but I'd say I could cook better ones for its price, $13. I reckon it was rather small and the cream sauce on top just tasted weird. I'd very much prefer salmon with seasonings like black pepper. Moreover, $13 to have an average dinner in a coffee shop environment doesn't sound very appealing to me.
