Could smell the aroma of the fried rice from miles away and this dish looks so simple but is so delicious and a form of comfort food! Love that the fried rice had prawns in them that were not only fresh but springy to the bite. The fried rice was not too oily and the rice went really well with the pickled green chilli. Like that the fried rice had enough egg added to it and one word to describe this: YUMMY!
