Mei Ji Niang Dou Fu (已結業)

This is a popular Yong Tau Foo in this food centre. They serve their handmade Yong Tau Foo items. I get to pick the items that i want and to choose whether i want it dry or soup with the type of noodle of my choice. I wanted yellow noodle to serve dry. The sweet sauce and the chilli added complemented the noodle and those items very well. A bowl of flavorful soup was served together.
