Ban Mian / Fish Soup - Koufu (已結業)

There were fried shallots and anchovies as topping. One egg, chicken meat and some veggies were added to cook together with the noodles. I like the soup. the you mian taste alrite, served hot and noodles were just nice (not hard not soft). You mian is nice for me coz i prefer thin noodle.
