This was my first time at symmetry and I suggest you people to make reservation (around 1 week in advance) if you are going on a weekend. Otherwise, you will have to queue for quite awhile.It is a rather small café located at Victoria Street. There are both outdoor and indoor seats available. I would prefer the seats in the latter as it gives a more cozy feelingI have ordered Symmetry Egg Benedict (sgd $22+) and it consists of poached egg, English muffin with mushroom and bacon wrapped around it

I really love the presentation of this dish. Makes you feel like eating it immediately as it looks so appetizing! The poached eggs were really good and up to standard. Very runny and well flavored. The bacon is tasty too and the tip of it is very crispy. My only complaint will be the English muffin is a little hard. Also, the dish is rather pricey as it is around $25 after gst and service charge.Overall, I will be back to try other the other dishes with my friends in future.
