I went to Crystal Jade Jiang Nan for a light meal. I ordered their Xiao Long Bao, how can you go Crystal Jade and not order their awesome Xiao Long Bao. The xiao long bao was just simply to die for, the soup is so tasty, you caan enjoy the freshness of the minced meat. the skin was not too thick as well.I also ordered this really cool fried rice. It was not exactly fried rice cos there was no rice in it. it was made up of bean sprout chopped finely to look like rice. I guess this dish is good for those weight conscious cos there is no carbos. It was a colourful dish with orange from the carrot bits and green from long beans. Very appetizing in fact.
