I love tutus! Most people do it right, but a few do it poorly. This is one of the places that does it right!I like it when the tutus dont break or fall apart when I pick them off the pandan leaf. And the fillings have to be fresh. I usually like the coconut or plain fillings better. The pandan leaf also has to be fresh in order to infuse the little cakes with a pandan flavour. Places with old pandan leaves make the tutus taste off!
