I had always thought of Indian food as extremely spice, and having weak tastebuds for it, I tried to avoid it. But after dining at Song of India, my whole belief about indian food changed. As the restaurant's chef told me, indian food is merely flavourful.and to prove this point, he made me taste one of their signature dishes: the malvani jatra.
