Singapore is really small and lack of things to do. Boyfie and i decided to go Sentosa as 'tourists'! We ate at almost every place we can afford and like. I was so full that my stomach will burst any moment but the moment i saw deli, i was like, oh no! I have to have it!!! My boyfie sort of psycho me to try their mains again. Bap means rice. So bibimbap simply means mixed rice. As i've said that i really love bibimbap. I will try it whenever i go to a new korean food place. The bibimbap here only comes in metal bowl. No stonebowl but its just as delicious. Served with a raw egg on top but somehow it mixes so well with the rice. Teppanyaki? Favourite of many. Garlic rice and all. I love them too. But no. This stall doesn't sells teppanyaki. Its actually just serving you grilled korean meat but nonetheless. Ngee Ann Polytechnic serves a wide range of teppanyaki food. I tried the squid teppanyaki and its delicious! The squid also known as sotong is fresh as it is very chewy until the stale one that gives you a mushy taste. The sauce used is delicious too! Bi bim bappppp. Another bibimbap i know but i just love it so much! The bibimbap here is delicious! The stonebowl was so hot i almost scald myself. Silly me. So if you ever eat there, remember to let it cool down for awhile. But the bibimbap there is really nice and tasty. The burnt rice is super delicious as well. The bulgogi here is delicious! Bulgogi is actually stir fried meat. The meat shown in the picture which is also what i had is the pork. They also provide chicken and beef. The meat is very well seasoned. Not too sweet nor salty. But it leans a little towards the sweet taste as this is what's so special about korean bbq food. Tad sweet. Try it here! Boiling kim chi chigae. Doesn't it just looks so appetizing?!!? I am craving for it now. Aww. Kim chi chigae means kim chi soup. Well, it isn't just kim chi in the soup, there is also the bean curd, meat, glass noodles and loads of vegetables. Usually topped with leek when its is served. I would have to say Korean food is rather expensive. And you will not be able to find nice ones unless you are willing to pay a little more. Kimchi is actually seasoned cabbage. There are many different ways to season it, giving it a different taste- salty, sour, sweet, you name it! Another bibimbap that is satisfactory to me. This uncle is very generous! You can see from the large serving of the ingredients that i have received in the picture. Many many. Here comes another review about bibimbap! I was having my usual crave for korean food and was sooo lucky to find one in the food mall! Had my favourite bibimbap that day. Wasn't good to my cravings because it isn't that nice. Sadly. The rice is too salty as they've put too much of the korean chilli sauce. Another korean stall that provides interesting ban chai. As i said earlier, ban chai means side dishes like the anchovies and kimchi that is always served together with the main korean dish you ordered. Well, sadly, the side dishes aren't to my liking. Especially the brinjal one. Its mushy and cold ( thou i know side dishes are mostly meant to be cold ). The taste doesn't appeal to me at all. There was once my sis decided to drive us to this korean stall inside of the another one nearby that we always used to eat. I was reluctant at first but after tasting the kimchi, i would always want to go there. The food are okay so the reason why i frequent them now is because AUNTIE, KIM CHI TAKE AWAY PLEASE.
