I always wanted to try this ice cream from Benten Cafe! Topped with a variety of fruits and a pudding, the ice cream looks really yummy! With my 3 other friends, we ordered the the largest one! Its really one big tub of ice cream! The ice cream is rather normal, like what you can get outside. But I loved the pudding! Its soft and smooth and sweet! My first try at Swirl Art and I liked their concept! Basically, you get to do your yogurt yourself! You get to swirl your yogurt and add your favourite toppings all by yourself! They charge by weight so don't think that its more worth it if you fill your cup to the brim! Its a really fun experience to get to swirl my own yogurt and I added lots of toppings to it! I had a sudden craving for laksa so I went to Toast Box to try their laksa! Unlike the others who uses the thick beehoon, Toast Box uses another kind of noodle. Personally, I still prefer the normal ones as I think it goes better with the soup. The soup here is great and they are very rather generous with the ingredients! I bought cheese fries from Botak Jones! It is really yummy. The melted cheese somehow hardens and becomes very chewy! I'll have to use the knife to cut the fries apart! If not, I'll only get to eat the fries without the cheese since the cheese has already harden and become too sticky. But nevertheless, it is still very very yummy! They serve a very big portion of fries and I think just 1 packet of fries will be enough for a meal. I had prawn mee again! My brother bought a packet for me as lunch and it still taste as good as ever! I'll never get sick of it even after eating it for the 100th time I guess! The noodles are a little softer than usual, maybe because we bought a takeaway but the sauce and chilli still taste as good! The prawns are also fresh and the packet is really big! After having their chocolate ice blend for so many times, I've decided to try something new! I bought the yam ice blend and added both pearls and green apple jelly. Personally, I do not really like the drink. Maybe I just cannot get used to the taste of yam in the drink. I guess I'll stick to my chocolate ice blend in future. Bought a takeaway from this zi char stall for dinner. I've always frequent this stall with my family and had tried many of their dishes, but not their Xing Zhou Mi Fen so I bought it for dinner. Was tired after shopping so I went to Toast Box for a drink with my friend. I ordered ice milo and the milo there is really thick! I'm not a fan of milo dino or any milo drinks that are very thick so I find this a little to heavy for my liking. I've never tried the rice dumplings from this stall even though it was here for very long. Actually, I hardly eat any rice dumplings from the stalls outside since my favourite are the ones made by my grandmother! But since the festival for the dumplings is here, I bought one from this stall to try. The taste is not bad and the the proportion of rice to filling is also okay. I've been eating the tu tu kueh from this stall for years and I still love it! Although the kueh is small, but the uncle never saves on the fillings in it!
