The food at Wursthans Switzerland was great. We tried the rosti with creamed mushrooms and bacon. The bacon was generous and flavorful, though a bit tough. They don’t have Tabasco, only packet chili sauce, which was a slight downside. As expected with rosti, it got a bit greasy towards the back, so something acidic would have helped to balance the richness.
