Another Sunday again, our family dines out day! As we are going out together, we decided to explore Circuit Road Food Centre for dinner. A huge food center rather well known for vegetarian food. You can find a handful of vegetarian stalls but we usually go for zhi char in this food centre. That evening, we went for clay pot rice. The long is queue long too. We ordered the $15 pot and were good enough to serve 4-5 people. The rice was cooked till just right and was fragrant with sauce added. The salted egg yolk and salted fish give it a richer flavor. Very generous with the ingredients too! seriously I seldom see claypot with salted egg yolk, it is very nice.
