Singapore used to have one hainanese beef noodles stall in every foodcourt and hawker centre. But times are changed, you hardly can find these stalls thorughout Singapore's foodcourts.The one that still available is at Habourfront Centre top level foodcourt.I ordered a set which consist of Dry beef noodles with a small bowl of beed balls soup.This stall was very generous with their beanspourt and chinese celery.The dry beef noodle gravy was herbal with mild beef flavour, not too starchy. As i am always a fan of beef, i especially like to eat the beef noodles at food junction. I like how the beef goes well with the noodles and together with the sauce, it is just nice. But sometimes i feel that the beef was not really cooked, as i can still feel its a little raw. Maybe because the person who cooked it did not cook eat long enough. But nevertheless, a bowl of $4 beef noodles would keep me coming back for more.

TasteI like to eat their beef noodles. I love their dry beef noodles sauce. The beef is not cooked too long till it is too hard to chew, it is cooked just nice.

I loved the beef noodles at this place. Although I had tried many other places, I still find that this is the one for me. I had the promotion set of mixed beef items with a plate of veggie and rice. And it costs only $5.50. Very worth it. The set has a mixture of beef slices, beef tripes and beef balls and they were very well cooked. The soup has a little herbal taste but not too overpowering. Very delicious. If you are a beef lover, you should give it a try.
