I ordered a set which consist of Dry beef noodles with a small bowl of beed balls soup.
This stall was very generous with their beanspourt and chinese celery.
The dry beef noodle gravy was herbal with mild beef flavour, not too starchy. The beef meat was boiled to medium well cooked, hence meat was tender and not chewy.
The beef balls were bouncy and full of beef meat taste.
This stall was one of the best beef noodles in Singapore.
