Although the menu did not look nice, my China girlfriend would like to give it a try.The tomato soup is okay when the garlic bread could dip into it and melt in your mouth.I ordered steak set that came with prawns and spaghetti. Steak being chosen by me as medium well. Hot Tomato serves affordable western cuisine. They had a lunch promo from 11am-3pm with various main course @$9.90! I decided to order the Sirloin steak (medium) with aglio olio. The steak was done just right, the way i wanted. Soft and pink on the inside The aglio olio was quite nice. The sauce, i think was brown sauce compliments the steak quite well. Overall, the steak was quite nice, recommended!

Hot tomato is a resaurant that offers western at affordable prices. They have chicken, fish to steaks. Most mains comes with pasta. They have a meal option which includes a soup and drink. I tried the lemon chicken, sirloin steak and mushroom soup. I think the sirloin steak was alright if you have a craving for steak but on a budget. The lemon chicken was slightly too oily.

Came to this Nex shopping mall to window shopping and has settled down at this Hot Tomato outlet to have my dinner. Have ordered their signature dish Grilled chicken with spaghetti, which took less than twenty minutes before the food is serve to my table. Grilled chicken is very tender and juicy, and the marination is very tasty and fragrant. Spaghetti portion was abit too little and could be better if is abit more flavourful. With distinctive ambience coupled with premium Menu, Hot Tomato was actually now having “Happy Hour” Promotion from 3:00PM to 5:30PM during weekdays. I had been there at least 3 times in 2 months trying out their variety range of dishes. The restaurant is good for gathering due to their cosy environment and seats. We ordered steak set that come with prawns , spaghetti, steak you choose rare, medium done or etc , the grilled chicken come with spaghetti. I like the grilled chicken it was tender and juicy to eat , the noodles are soft and chewy.

Have no idea what is nice at Hot Tomato as it was my first time visiting. So i ordered carbonara since I'm a big fan of it. I like the presentation of this dish and its really yummy too. Generous amount of bacon and mushrooms were given. The cream sauce is good too, not too dilute or thick. I paid around $11 after gst and service charge for this dish and i find it quite worthwhile for the quality.Next time i will be back to try the steak as it looks good on the menu!

The steak from this pasta is sirloin. Even though it was evenly grilled to the right doneness, areas where the grill marks were, were burnt and had the burnt charcoal taste, making it taste quite bitter. This is my second visit here, previous time I had at Plaza Singapura & I don't really like their service. This time tried their pork chop: a set that comes with vegetables, sauce, and 2 sausages. The pork chop tasted so so only,not very tender. Their spaghetti was nice. Sausages tasted normal. Their vegetables was fresh. I like the sauce, feel very refreshing after having it. Overall i find that their food standard just so so, price not very expensive.

Been here for many many times! This time I tried the Rotisserie Half Chicken at $9.50 (if I'm not wrong). The chicken tastes quite dry but the mashed potato tasted nice when it's hot. As for the salad, the salad sauce tasted good too! You can top up your food to complete a meal with a piece of garlic bread and soup at $3.50. The place at nex was quite squeezy and packed though. The tables are really near each other.

Do You know that it is quite difficult to make good agilo olio? It may just seem pasta with olive oil and all but really its more than that... The tossing and the technique are equally important as well... for the pasta..I ordered a medium on the steak because i like it a bit juicy but not too juicy....The mixture was pretty good... as i cut my steak very small and savoured every piece of it...I believe steak should be eaten plain.. with no sauce and only salt and pepper as seasoning with olive

The food here is cheap and great! I've ordered the mushroom and chicken creamy pasta and it tasted really creamy, and the chicken has a strong lemon flavour in it. My friend ordered the mixed grill with pasta, chicken, pork, sausage and salad. The taste is not bad but the pork is a little hard, unless you eat it straight away after it is being served.
