Whenever I'm at Bugis, I will go eat my favorite stall at Albert Centre Market & Food Centre...Here the sauce is near to perfect not overly sweet just a touch of sweetness with the peanut sauce puree just enough to have very slight crunch with right amount of salt and seasoning, it came with beansprouts, kangkong, tau pok, cockles, cuttlefish, pork slices and liver...The ingredients were fresh and succulent, and none of them was overcooked...I always scoop to the last drop...It is so Yummmy...!!

Lastly, the bee hoon has a soft and QQ texture. Price at $3 per plate and is definitely worth the try.
