So whilst walking around Holland Village, i decided to bring my friends to MU Parlour having heard many rave reviews about the place. It was a weekday afternoon and so there wasn't much people. Located on the second level, right above Thai Express. Mu Parlour is all about the all day brunch, gourmet cheese burgers, coffee/tea and desserts. The café's concept brings forth an arty-farty feel with a blend of modern classic to its furniture. Love the ambience! Located a the heart of Holland Village lives a quiet and exceptionally non-crowded cafe, not because the food or desserts ain't good but somehow people just miss it. Passion fruit cheese cake ($7) and cafe latte ($4.50) for myself. The passion fruit taste actually complements really well with the cheese cake, not too sour and very delectable while the cafe latte was very mediocre. I tried my friend's Duo chocolate mousse brownie ($7) as well, the different layers of chocolate were so delicious.

While cafes, bars and restaurants in Holland Village are more commonly known for being loud, in-your-face and always crowded, MU Parlour is clearly the opposite. It's white, chic, eclectic and whimsical, almost quite a different world when you climb up the stairs and enter the cafe on the 2nd floor. Nearly missed this little café while walking around Holland after dinner. It has a little sign to indicate that it's on the second level, easy to miss it though. Finally got down to visiting Mu Parlour that offers western fare and desserts. The ambience was quite good, so it's a good place to have gatherings. The latte art was alright, and their coffee was rich and creamy. The carrot cake was good with a slight cheese taste, and not too sweet.

MU Parlour cafe have a few outlets in Singapore, two of the outlets I have been to are Holland Village and Marina Bay Sands. For the cafe at Holland Village, the overall ambiance and food quality are quite acceptable, they have a wide selection of food and taste which is suitable for everyone if you are coming as a group. However, the outlet at Marina Bay Sands is not as satisfying compared to the one at Holland Village, although the one at Marina Bay Sands serve a wide variety of food, however

visited MU parlour for desserts. dessert selection limited. had the lychee cake, was a little too sweet. it has lychee meat in the cake, which was quite nice. overall not bad. but the prices are slightly steep. 1 glass of tea costs $8 which is not refillable too! the place is very nice, warm n cosy. but the seating are quite limited, so do come early if you have big group.

Mu Parlour is a very cosy and quaint cafe located above Thai Express. The ambience was very nice and is a perfect place for meet ups with friends for a long chat or dates.
