Simply take the escalator beside Cold Storage and you'll see 211 Roof Terrace Cafe on the highest level. As the name tells, it is indeed an outdoor roof dining place. They do have a small air-conditioned area too though, where the cake counter and kitchen are.Food service was quick and prices are really affordable. Food service was quick and prices are really affordable. I do know they also have special promotions on certain days (eg: Mondays). I had steak which came with potato wedges and roasted veggies. My boyfriend had the pork ribs accompanied with salad and also potato wedges. Food was ordinary good, I could see the effort put in to presentation. Oh we ordered a glass of beer too.
Worth a shot if you're in the vincity.
