MOF restaurant has been one of my favourite Japanese dining spots especially when it comes to dessert time. MOF restaurant has been one of my favourite Japanese dining spots especially when it comes to dessert time. So when my colleague told me that she wants to try it out while we were looking for a dinner place at Suntec, I agreed to having our dinner there.

We ordered a different ramen each, 1 side dish, as well as a dessert each. Apparently, the ramen menu is new as one of the service crew actually passed us a feedback form for the ramen we ordered. Here's a review of the food & desserts we ordered that evening:

Miso Spicy Ramen ($10.50++)

The soup base was not too spicy but a bit thick, according to my colleague. I had a sip and thought the thickness was fine though I would prefer it to be spicier though. But overall, it was quite a good choice.

Tonkatsu Ramen ($8.80++)

This was my choice of ramen as I noted that it had a "Chef's Choice" sign next to it on the menu. A bit disappointing with the soup base which was a tad too sweet for my liking. It came with 2 or 3 pieces of pork slices and lots of beansprouts. I prefer the Miso Spicy Ramen to this soup base.

Kinoko Butteryaki($8.50++)

This side dish is actually 2 different types of mushrooms cooked with butter. Delicious! The butter taste was there yet not overwhelming.

Shiratama Kurian ($7.20++)

This dessert is also listed as a "Chef's Choice" & ya, it's very nice. Soft serve with Kanten Jelly, fruits, Japanese dumplings and Hokkaido red bean paste all together in 1 bowl. The Kanten Jelly is supposed to be beneficial with many vitamins & minerals, and help to reduce fats etc. There's a generous portion of this jelly.
The Japanese dumplings are very chewy which adds to the "happiness" while eating this dessert. Hehe

Macha Mixed Imo ($6.80++)

This is actually soft serve with green tea sauce, red bean paste and 1 sweet potato ball and 1 yam ball together in the bowl. Also one of my favourite desserts at MOF, and a "Chef's Choice".

There are actually many other choices of main courses/ set meals and desserts to suit your palate. So if you haven't tried out this restaurant yet, do so when u spot one! At least u definitely wun regret trying the desserts!
