The open-concept restaurant in Jurong Point's din tai fung is extremely inviting, it also manages both its' takeaway order and dine-in orders pretty well with a call queue number to avoid discontentment! It was a relatively long queue (i had to wait 15 minutes) despite eating at 2pm. we also ordered beef slices ($6.80) which appeared quite fatty but we can't really taste the fats... it's quite thinly sliced though, and i wish they had more in quantity.

Xiao Long bao in din tai fung is seriously the best in Singapore and it costs $9.50 for 10 pieces.. i think its' quite expensive, hopefully they will not raise the price any further. anyway i really love the staff workers there as the kitchen is open for all to see and they really are extremely hygienic, covering their hair and masking themselves up as well (not because of the haze caused by our neighbourly indonesia), but they really do ensure and take pride in producing quality and delicious food!

This is the total cost of what we spent, and i suggest that they should have some sort of english translation as well because there was a caucasian couple after us and they tried their best to use chopsticks during their meal, can you imagine how clueless they would be when they see the receipt?
