This version of char siew meat is very rare to be seen around us. The stall owner added that pepper flavour to the char siew meat which makes the meat with that extra little spicyness in it. The char siew meat is really tender and juicy, and not too tough at all. The egg noodles used in this dish is quite chewy and really blend in well with the fragrant pork meat. The chilli sauce used to toss the noodles is quite spicy but really add in that extra flavour to the noodles. Portion of it is quite generous and the price is quite reasonable as well.
