I went with my wife to Ichiban Sushi for lunch last Saturday. It was quite crowded when we went even though it was already 1pm. Nonetheless, since there is only two of us, it was easier to get seats and we are seated after 10 minutes. We ordered ala carte instead of the sets as we are more fond of eating the sushis. The lowest priced sushi costs $2.40. We ordered a variety like the unagi sushi ($3.90), Chawanmushi ($3.90) etc etc. I would say the unagi sushi is not really worth the price as the

The lowest priced sushi costs $2.40. We ordered a variety like the unagi sushi ($3.90), Chawanmushi ($3.90) etc etc. I would say the unagi sushi is not really worth the price as the unagi is very small. However, most of the other sushis we got are quite up to standard. In particular, I will recommend "The Peak" sushi which was lobster salad sushi on rice. It is quite novel and we quite enjoyed the taste and presentation of the dish. We also ordered the salmon sashimi which costs $9.50. There are a total of 7 slices and each slice is fresh and sweet. I normally do not like raw food but I thought this was rather nice and something which I will not mind eating again.
